What we collect when you sign up

Your name, business name and email.
Your trade.
If you fill it in: where you work from (a business address, postal code or main intersection). It's used to sort your leads by distance, and for nothing else. We don't ask for a home address. A postal code is enough.
Your sign-up date, so we know when your free trial ends and when to send your 2 reminders.
A record of your consent to get our emails: the date and time, and the wording you agreed to. Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) asks us to keep this.
No payment details during the free trial. If you choose to pay after it, Stripe handles your card. We see that you paid, not your card number.

What we use it for

To send you the weekly leads, run your trial and billing, answer you, and tell you when a new trade or city opens if you asked for that. That's all.

What we never do

We never sell or rent your information. We don't share it with anyone except the services we need to run this (our email provider, and our payment processor, Stripe), and just for that purpose.

This site has no ads and no tracking cookies, and loads nothing from other websites.

Your choices

Unsubscribe any time with the link in every email. Ask us to see, fix or delete your information by writing to [email protected]. We keep billing records as long as tax law requires.

About the leads

The leads contain property addresses taken from public city permit records. If you are a property owner and want an address removed from future emails, write to us and we'll remove it.
